Most of the pages on this web-site have a “printer-friendly” version that is in Adobe PDF format. Click on the icon on the relevant page to view this version for printing. These PDF files were produced by printing to A4 size with margins set at 2mm for left & right and 4mm for top & bottom using “pdf995” (www.pdf995.com) (if you are interested, another PDF writer that can be downloaded for free is “cutepdf” (www.cutepdf.com)). I have just upgraded to IE 7.0 and the printing has gone crazy. For that browser I now have to go into “page preview” change from “SHRINK TO FIT” to “100%”, set the Top and Bottom margins to 11 and the Left and Right margins to 4 in order to get a decent print. Oh, I also have to click on the “Hide Nav Region” button on the webpage.
